“I've been seeing Caroline for over a year now and I feel I've overcome a lot since seeing her. I strongly believe that if it wasn't for seeing Caroline I wouldn't have come as far as I have.”

Person Centred Psychotherapy

As a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), I run a private Person Centred Psychotherapy practice in East Sussex.

My therapeutic and training work is based on Person Centred Psychotherapy, but by adopting a holistic and integrative perspective with my clients I draw on the approaches that are most relevant to each individual’s needs. I believe passionately in equality and diversity and I integrate these principles throughout my practice.

I worked for several years as a careers consultant and counsellor to young people and adults, from various backgrounds, whom were either at risk or dealing with significant stress and trauma. This led to my interest in the process of decision-making and the life factors and experiences that influence an individual’s views.

Through these experiences, I recognised that people who are able to build self-acceptance and concentrate their energies in a positive direction are more likely to flourish. I am a strong advocate of preventative work, encouraging individuals to prevent potential problems by empowering and caring for themselves.
